Our Story

Messiah's Call is a Southern Gospel trio from East Tennessee, based in Knoxville right in the heart of Big Orange Country!

The mixed trio was founded and established in January of 2014 by current member and lead vocalist, Jack Allen. Jack first started his career in 2002 when he formed Greater Faith Quartet with his brother, Scott Allen. Together they sang across the country and abroad with such talented members of the quartet as Andy Stringfield, currently now the pianist for The Kingdom Heirs of Dollywood and Brandon Barry, who also went on to sing bass with the Lefevre Quartet for several years and currently holds the bass position with Poet Voices

JACK ALLEN: Jack is the owner and lead vocalist for the group. He makes his home in Knoxville, TN with his wife Wendy, daughter Brinlee, and his three sons Bryson, Blake, and Braxton. When he is not on the road you will find him and his family attending their home church, Bethel Baptist Church in Corryton, TN or working with Chapel Valley Music Group where he maintains both A&R and Publishing Director positions. Jack enjoys vocal arranging and production, and has produced vocals on many of today's artists such as Gaither Homecoming artist, Southern Gospel Music legend and Hall of Fame inductee, Ann Downing, The Anchormen, The Perry Sisters, Troy Burns Family, Jason Runnels, and many many more.

CORKY LONG: Corky, is the lone female in the group. She is also the one who keeps the guys in line! Corky sings alto for the group coming on board in the early stages prior to January 2014. She and Jack began praying for direction in October 2013 and has been the prayer warrior for this ministry. Prior to joining Messiah's Call she sang with another local trio, HisVoice. Corky makes her home in Alcoa, TN with her husband Jimmy. Corky has two sons Brandon and Corey Brewer who have grown up and now have families of their own. When Corky isn't traveling with the group you will find her attending her home church, New Hope Baptist Church in Maryville, TN.

JOSEPH OFFENBERGER: Joseph was born and raised in Marietta, OH. As the son of a pastor, he began singing in church when he was only four years old. In his teenage years, as a member of the Gospel Music Reunion Choir, he had the opportunity to perform on stage with the Cathedral Quartet five times during their farewell tour, including in Akron, OH, which was one of the last performances they ever held. This experience furthered his dream to bless the public through music.

In 2014 a dream came true to sing with a full time Quartet. Joseph sang lead with the Skyline Boys Quartet and was a part of major events in Southern Gospel, performing on some of the biggest stages in the industry. After taking some time off the road, Joseph was thrilled to have the opportunity to return to the stage in 2017 to help form The Port City Quartet. As that door closed he launched a solo ministry. During this time Joseph had the opportunity to record two solo projects. He is excited about the future and the doors that God continues to open.

Joseph and his wife Kama live in Greenville, SC and are blessed with four children, Johnathan, Kaydin, Kara, and Maggie. When not on the road, he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and chasing a toddler around the house. The size of his voice is only outmeasured by the size of his heart, and he will share both with any and all who come to see him in Concert

Messiah's Call recorded their first record in March 2014, titled "He'll Do It Today" And from there, they have never looked back. Traveling around 100 dates each year, seeing countless lives touched and many saved through their ministry. They will be the first to tell you that they are only the vessel created to carry the message. He can use anyone that is willing.

With a true passion for sharing the gospel in song all across the country and abroad, we would love the opportunity to share our music and ministry with you, your church, or concert event.
